We act as a processing and facilitation service. Unless expressly stated, we are not a government agency, embassy, immigration office, or financial institution.

Some services require supporting documents including but not limited to passport photographs, National Identification Number (NIN), BVN, National ID, Driver's License, International Passport, utility bills, birth certificates, Local Government identification, CAC documents, tax documents, signatures, and business documents.
You confirm that you own these documents or have legal permission to submit them, that the documents are genuine, and that they are not stolen or fraudulently obtained.
Service Processing
Submitting an application does not automatically mean your request has been approved. Applications remain subject to verification, eligibility checks, government regulations, institutional approval, and availability of the requested service.
We cannot guarantee approval where another organization makes the final decision.
Payments
Some services require payment before processing begins. By making payment, you acknowledge that prices displayed are accurate at the time of payment, that government fees may change without prior notice, that additional charges may apply if government agencies revise official fees after submission, and that processing begins only after payment confirmation where applicable.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated, processing fees already spent on submitted applications may not be refundable. Refund eligibility depends on the service requested, the stage of processing, government charges already incurred, and third-party fees already paid. Refund requests are reviewed individually.
Application Delays
Processing timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to government agencies, banks, immigration authorities, identity verification, public holidays, technical issues, missing documentation, or force majeure events.
